- Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Orders Eligible for Cancellation

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

- Been packed for shipment.
- Been dispatched to the shipping carrier.
- Already been delivered.
If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible for a return under our Return & Refund Policy, provided the applicable return conditions are met.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Payment authorization failure.
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Once your cancellation request has been approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Changes to Orders
If you need to update your shipping address or other order details, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters processing, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
